Hardy Tree Surgeons is a small , friendly, professional tree surgery business based in Putney, London which has been in business for over 18 years. We pride ourselves on having excellent customer relations, being extremely careful whilst carrying out all jobs while trying to leave sites cleaner than when we arrived.
We have a strong work ethic carrying out work that is best for the tree this often means we take longer to carry out the work but this achieves better short and more importantly long-term results. We are always keen to spend a bit longer to make sure the work is carried out to the highest standard rather than having targets to hit which can cause jobs to be rushed.
We carry out a wide variety of work, ranging from small fruit trees to mature 200 year old oaks; courtyard gardens to private woodlands, golf courses, schools, survey work, rigging/ zip-lining, installing bat boxes and on occasion even abseiling eye-bolts!
We have a small web presence as the majority of our work is through recommendations and repeat work.
Some regular clients include: The Roehampton Club, Putney High School, Church of the Holy Innocents, The Moravian Church, Coombe Wood Golf Course; references can be provided, among others at your request.
We deal with all aspects of tree surgery: survey work, pruning, reductions, felling, thinning, crown lifting, dead wooding, cable bracing, hedge cutting, stump grinding, pests and diseases and not forgetting tree planting!
Emergency work undertaken , windblown, hung up dangerous trees dismantled or made safe.
All arisings created from the work carried out are recycled, if we have to remove a tree the main stem is either milled for furniture or building works, logs and/or the woodchips used to create compost or for pathways!
All tree surgery work is carried out to British Standard 3998.
